This place is right by the beach and close to all the fun stuff, which is awesome! the staff here is super friendly and made us feel right at home 😊.

At first I was very disappointed. B/c I saw a room on the website, that I did not get when I got there. It stunk of mildew and mold, there were stains on the sheets and it was dirty. First the gentleman told me he could not refund my money and there was nothing he could do. Then he offered me a different room after I got a little angry, because I had my 2 young children with me. I did not want them to sleep on those dirty sheets. I would not recommend them ever, and I will not be returning.

Everything... Staff was rude and did not want to help, until they saw me getting flustered.

The room had two beds and the location was convenient, being close to many attractions.

The service was great as we had expected. They had a friendly check-in.

Jimmy, sue, and john were friendly and helpful. They made an effort to make our stay pleasent. Therefore we decided to stay an extra day. Sue does a nice job of keeping the flowers looking nice

Kind of a rough crowd in the pool saturday night. They really had more beer than they could tolerate and had no respect for the kids and others in the pool. I felt the staff should have had more control of this. I used it as a learning experience for my 11 yr. Old. As to what can happen if we abuse beer.

The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location is lovely, just 2 miles from Legoland.

There were multiple locked doors that we couldn't get into in order to see what was on the other side. We turned off one of the lights coming from the other side of the door and it came back on moments later. This was weird and it took three calls to the office to get them to explain that people were on the other side in another room... Morning breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Bananas and apples- some coffee. There was a light on outside our room that we couldn't turn off and it blasted into our room until 3am every night.

Lake Roy Beach Inn is located on a scenic lake with white sandy beaches. I stayed in a lake view room and the view is wonderful. Plenty of grassy areas to roam and the pool is clean and overlooks the lake. Stayed in a suite with a full kitchen and living/dining area which was nice for our family of 4. Really like the Mom and Pop nature of the hotel.

The hotel has a certain charm but it could use a little maintenance. Our front door was hard to close and the back porch door wouldn't latch.

Friendly staff with a good sense of humor. Separate room with a newly renovated bathroom. - Plenty of good food. - Stunning and excellent location, just a short walk to everywhere

The scenery was lovely and well kept. Plants everywhere well taken care of. Room was comfortable and clean. Employee very friendly and polite. Will return there if ever in the area.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The rooms were average. We were upgraded to a King Room even though we only booked a Queen, so that was nice, too. It was raining like crazy the day we were there, so we didn't take advantage of the beach facilities, but had it been warm, it probably would have been very nice.

Great location near local attractions and the beach, plus it's right by a lake. the room was spacious and just perfect. the staff were super friendly all the time. 😊

i have 2 kids and they loved it. its a really nice place close to legoland with the best lakeview you can ever ask the pool its wonderful, I will return to this place no questions asked loved it.

The lake roy inn is a Sorry excuse for a hotel. we had to pay upfront,before we saw the room.2 minutes inside we wanted to leave.They did not refund our money.We are charged for two nights.this is outrages .we left and checked inn at the Holiday inn.we strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.We want our money back.Please see to it.
